Terms of Service
Last updated: February 27, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using FlyIQ Sports ("FlyIQ," "we," "our," or "us") at flyiqsports.com or any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Description of Service
FlyIQ provides an AI-powered football decision intelligence platform that includes automated film grading, tendency analysis, scouting tools, and related analytics services. The platform processes video footage using computer vision and machine learning to generate player evaluations, coverage classifications, and strategic intelligence.
3. Enterprise Subscriptions
Access to FlyIQ is provided through enterprise subscription agreements. All pricing, payment terms, and service levels are established through individual contracts negotiated with our sales team. Subscription tiers include Pilot, Foundation, Intelligence, Live, and Enterprise, each with defined feature sets, user limits, and service commitments.
Invoices are issued via Stripe and payable within the terms specified in your contract (typically Net 30). Late payments may result in service suspension after a grace period.
4. Consumer API Access
FlyIQ may offer limited consumer-tier access (Free, Fan, Analyst, Partner) via API keys. Consumer access provides letter-grade summaries only and does not include numeric scores, coaching intelligence, confidence breakdowns, or detailed grading explanations. Consumer tiers are subject to rate limits as specified in the API documentation.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or algorithms of the FlyIQ decision engine
- Use the platform to generate grades or intelligence for resale without a Partner-tier agreement
- Upload content that you do not have rights to process (e.g., broadcast footage without license)
- Circumvent rate limits, authentication controls, or tier restrictions
- Use automated scraping or data extraction beyond authorized API access
- Interfere with the platform's operation or other users' access
6. Intellectual Property
FlyIQ's decision engine, evaluation rules, grading algorithms, models, and software are the exclusive intellectual property of FlyIQ Sports LLC. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for internal football operations during the subscription term.
You retain ownership of all film, roster data, and other content you upload to FlyIQ. We do not claim ownership over your data.
7. AI-Generated Output
Grades, evaluations, predictions, and other intelligence generated by FlyIQ are AI-assisted outputs intended to support — not replace — coaching judgment. FlyIQ does not guarantee the accuracy of any specific evaluation. The governed learning system improves over time through coach-confirmed corrections, but all final decisions remain the responsibility of your coaching staff.
8. Confidentiality
We treat all client data — including film, grades, scouting reports, and tendency analysis — as confidential. We will not share your data with other programs, media outlets, or third parties without your explicit consent. Enterprise clients may request custom data residency and isolation requirements.
9. Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime for the FlyIQ platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Enterprise clients with SLA agreements are subject to the uptime commitments and remedies specified in their contracts.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a subscription as specified in the applicable contract. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After that period, we will delete your data from our active systems, though backups may be retained for up to 90 days.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlyIQ Sports LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
